I have listed all pros and cons after using above bike for 6 months. Electric bikes market is new and hence the servicing is not on par with petrol bikes. You will need to be patient and might have to spend money when a part of electric bike fails / defects. Most electric bike companies are focused on sales and there is lot to do for post sales servicing. Battery performance is largely based on what speed you are using the electric bike, load on electric bike (one seat / two seat), road (uphill), used with or without light.
I recommend using this bike as a leisure product. Furthermore, I liked detachable battery option because I did not have charging point in my society. Once you get used to it, charging every alternate days is not a big issue.
